Weekly wound Managment

The MEND Healing Pathway

The MEND Wound healing pathway begins with a personal interview and physical assessment of each patient and their clinical history before we address  any of their wound care issues.  From there we formulate an individualized and easy to follow treatment plan for routine wound care.   We monitor the progress of wound healing with on-site physician evaluation once weekly (up to twice weekly, if indicated).  Closer monitoring allows more timely adjustments to wound conditions and faster wound healing.   Bedside debridement and other wound care procedures are performed as necessary.  Our priority is the complete and sustained resolution of our patient's wound care issues - as quickly, comfortably, and affordably as possible.
